Callachally is a large farmhouse, warm, welcoming and full of books and paintings, sitting in its own grounds. Surrounded by mature trees, it is sheltered and private. On still summer nights you can just hear the murmur of waves on the shores of the sound of Mull. Sea eagles are seen from its garden and otters can be found on the grey sand beach a short walk from the house, with wonderful northerly views towards Tobermory and the Ardnamurchan peninsular.
This spacious house is centrally located, brilliantly placed for exploring the beautiful Isle of Mull. It has numerous pubs and restaurants on its doorstep. For the past 20 years it has been let part of the year as a much loved holiday house, and is now being run as a B&B, as I have decided to return and live and paint here full time.
